Milk Thistle is a textured kite-shaped shawl with a unique flower. The shawl has been designed so that each shade of Cumbria Fingering has a different stitch pattern; garter and stockinette stitch in Scafell Pike, herringbone stitch in Fair Hill and a stunning flower stitch in Blackbeck.

The Fibre Co. (60% Merino wool, 30% Masham wool, 10% mohair, 300 m (328 yd) per 100 g hank) in Fair Hill (A) - 1 hank, Scafell Pike (B) - 2 hanks, and Blackbeck (C) - 1 hank.
